Localizada no Escritório de Porto Alegre, e com uma célula no Escritório de Caxias do Sul, a equipe conta com profissionais com formação em relações públicas, publicidade e jornalismo. Elaboração de estratégias e campanhas, criação, design, produção de fotos e vídeo, comunicação digital e assessoria de imprensa são algumas das soluções oferecidas.
Implantação do Workplace
Entre as entregas mais recentes, estão o desenvolvimento da nova marca do Centro de Atendimento ao Migrante (CAM) e, em parceria com a área de Tecnologia e Soluções, a implantação do Workplace. A plataforma, que passa a ser oferecida a todos os colegas em fevereiro, atende a uma necessidade importante da instituição: estabelecer um fluxo de comunicação e transmissão de informações entre gestores e funcionários das diferentes Unidades da AESC, de maneira ágil e eficiente, dando voz a todos os funcionários.
De acordo com o coordenador, Fernando Carara Lemos, “além de fazer a gestão da comunicação de todas as unidades, um dos nossos principais objetivos é a implantação de uma cultura de comunicação, capacitando a todos, em especial às lideranças, para o papel de comunicadores”. Em caso de novidades em sua unidade, não hesite: encaminhe suas sugestões de matérias para a Comunicação Corporativa pelo e-mail comunicacaocorporativa@aesc.org.br .
Demandas pelo Qualitor
Para organizar as demandas, e para que todos os solicitantes possam acompanhar o fluxo do trabalho até a entrega, desde o início de fevereiro a área passou a integrar o Qualitor. A partir de agora, as solicitações de campanhas e ações – para envio de briefing preenchido –, assim como consultas sobre aplicação de marca e revisão de textos, devem ser feitas por meio da ferramenta. Basta acessar o menu “Serviços” e clicar em “Comunicação Corporativa”.
Confira as principais ações nesse primeiro ano:
- Lançamento da marca da AESC e das unidades do segmento da saúde pública.
- Criação de canais próprios de informação.
- Criação e atualização de redes sociais institucionais.
- Renovação do site institucional.
- Condução dos eventos dos 40 anos do Hospital Mãe de Deus e a celebração do Dia do Médico AESC.
