Os funcionários do Hospital Santa Ana participaram da ação Cuidando de Quem Cuida, voltada para as relações e atitudes positivas nos ambientes de trabalho. O Hospital, que completou 1 ano em agosto, é uma das unidades focadas no segmento de saúde pública da AESC, prestando retaguarda clínica para quatro instituições de alta complexidade que atendem Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), em Porto Alegre. A ação, desenvolvida pela área de Gente e Desenvolvimento, contou com a intervenção do palhaço Gustavo Pereira realizando ações com os funcionários de todas as áreas e turnos, convidando a refletir sobre um perfil pautado em contribuir para ambientes mais felizes para se trabalhar.
Na oportunidade os funcionários ganharam um brinde squeeze em comemoração a 1 ano de atividades do Hospital.
