A manhã de 9 de março iniciou com a movimentação diferenciada de profissionais do Hospital Santa Ana. Além da atenção costumeira às rotinas de cuidado com os pacientes, integrantes da Comissão de Humanização se uniram para organizar os detalhes de dois eventos para o público feminino que promoveram respeito, música e integração. Para celebrar o Dia Internacional da Mulher, ocorrido no domingo, foram desenvolvidas ações especiais, incluindo uma barraquinha de algodão doce, que fez a alegria da plateia. As atividades contaram com a parceria do Superintendência de Serviços Penitenciários (Susepe) e das associações de bairro dos Moradores do Bairro São Caetano (AMOSC) e dos Moradores e Proprietários de Imóveis no Morro São Caetano (Apromosc), além do trabalho de voluntários.
Às 10h, uma equipe de oito servidores da Penitenciária Estadual de Arroio dos Ratos (PEAR), chegou ao Hospital, a convite da Comissão de Humanização, para conhecer as unidades de atendimento à saúde mental. Além da visita, trouxeram os itens do coffee-break preparados por detentos para que as mulheres internadas no Hospital Santa Ana pudessem celebrar seu dia. Salgados, bolo e flores confeccionadas manualmente estavam entre os presentes oferecidos. Após a confraternização, que teve depoimentos emocionados de pacientes que recebiam alta, a diretora administrativa da Susepe, Liciane Waltermann da Mota, afirmou ver nessa atividade uma forma de entidade colaborar e expor o trabalho que desenvolve. “Nossa missão é ressocializar, devolver à sociedade uma pessoa melhor. Nossos recuperandos desenvolvem trabalhos excelentes de artesanato, marcenaria, o que muitas vezes a sociedade não vê. Nessa ação, aproveitamos para mostrar um pouco disso”, relata.
As histórias de vida das mulheres atendidas no Santa Ana emocionaram os visitantes. “O que nos tocou foram histórias que ouvimos também de nossas recuperandas. Temos dois presídios femininos e sabemos que a drogadição leva ao sistema prisional em algum momento. Reconheço aqui esse trabalho lindo que o Hospital desenvolve, dando oportunidade para quem quer sair dessa situação e voltar à sociedade mais limpa. Isso nos tocou bastante”, destaca a servidora. Como mensagem às pacientes, reforça que “precisam descobrir o seu valor, buscar formas de se sustentar, de se empoderar, que tenham determinação para mudar o contexto em que vivem hoje”.
Às 12h, dezenas de pacientes foram acomodados em cadeiras, ao ar livre, acompanhados por técnicas de enfermagem, médicos, educadores físicos, terapeutas ocupacionais e demais integrantes da equipe assistencial. Todos prestigiaram a apresentação musical voluntária que teve sucessos tradicionalistas, com Rodrigo Mucillo e sua gaita, seguido de rock nacional e MPB na voz de Maicon Lucca e Lauro Muller Filho, nos teclados.
O assistente social Rafael Bandeira, que trabalha nas unidades de saúde mental do Hospital e lidera a Comissão de Humanização, informa que a mobilização pela data teve início ainda em fevereiro. “Os eventos de hoje representam a nova proposta de nossa Comissão, que visa integrar os colaboradores do Hospital com o trabalho humanizado junto aos pacientes. Convidamos o pessoal da fisioterapia e chamamos colegas do Serviço Social, da Psicologia e outros, para além da Comissão. A ação para as meninas da saúde mental surgiu da busca de parcerias para ofertar aos pacientes serviços diferenciados”, esclarece. “Ver tudo isso acontecendo é uma grande alegria. Vai além do profissional, gerando satisfação pessoal”, avalia Bandeira.
