A fim de somar esforços junto à população no combate ao coronavírus, a Panvel lançou em abril a campanha o Troco Amigo|COVID-19(*). Trata-se de uma edição especial da iniciativa criada há 11 anos pela rede que permitirá ao público realizar doações através da internet. Neste dia 8, representantes da rede de farmácias estiveram nos hospitais Santa Luzia, em Capão da Canoa, e Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes, em Torres, para doar o total de R$ 40.000,00. Ambos estão entre as 86 instituições de saúde na Região Sul e SP que também estão sendo beneficiadas com o repasse imediato de R$ 1 milhão do programa.
A proposta desta ação é auxiliar os serviços de atendimento hospitalar durante o período de pandemia. A empresa também irá duplicar, por conta própria, cada valor doado pelos clientes e voluntários até chegar a R$ 2 milhões e, assim, aproximar-se da meta inicial de R$ 5 milhões.
Como funciona o Troco Amigo COVID-19?
Qualquer pessoa pode contribuir, mesmo não sendo cliente da Panvel. Basta acessar o site panvel.com/trocoamigo e escolher entre as opções de valores: 5, 10, 20, 25 e 50 reais. Na página também há mais informações sobre o funcionamento da ação. A ideia é facilitar e democratizar o acesso ao programa, preservando a saúde do público e dos funcionários, uma vez que dispensa a necessidade de estar na loja de manusear dinheiro, conforme orientação de autoridades e especialistas. As doações digitais tiveram início no dia 6 de abril.
“Criamos essa edição especial do Troco Amigo como uma forma de unir as pessoas à distância nesse período de isolamento social. Mais do que nunca, precisamos auxiliar instituições e profissionais de saúde que seguem bravamente trabalhando, em especial aqueles que estão na linha de frente contra o Coronavírus. É uma forma de cuidar das pessoas. Por isso, queremos transcender a relação entre cliente e a Panvel, atuando como agente facilitador a quem deseja ajudar”, destaca o presidente do Grupo Dimed, Julio Mottin Neto.
Quanto a duplicar a contribuição por pessoa, funcionará da seguinte forma: se o valor escolhido for de R$ 10, por exemplo, a Panvel irá doar mais R$ 10. Desta forma, a rede de farmácias entende que poderá engajar o público à causa e estimular novas doações.
